In order to shorten the construction period and speed up the progress, it only took 2 weeks from the decoration of the new production line to the commissioning of the machines. The 100,000-level clean workshop is equipped with JUKI imported from Japan, GKG/GSE automatic solder paste printer, Stech SPI solder paste detector, Jintuo reflow soldering, Alide AOI detector, etc., which are now officially put into production.

Automatic solder paste printing machine. Substrate size: 400mm—340mm; printing speed: 6mm—200mm/sec; stencil size: 737mm*737mm; printing mode: single or double squeegee printing; substrate thickness size: 0.4mm—6mm; printing cycle: <7.5s; printing Accuracy: ±0.025mm.

Online three-dimensional solder paste detector. Substrate size: 330mm—250mm; measurement principle: 3D white light PSLM, PMP; measurement items: volume, area, height, XY offset, shape; poor measurement types: missing printing, less tin, more tin, continuous tin, offset, Poor shape, etc.; measurement accuracy: XY direction 10μm, height 0.37μm.

At present, the production line equipment in the workshop has a variety of models, and each type of equipment is different, and the substrate size, patch range, patch speed and placement accuracy will also vary. Take the JUKI placement machine as an example, each device has an average minimum daily output of 1 million points, which further meets the capacity needs of customers.
