Automatic cleaning operation steps: 1. Preparation of deionized water: use electrodialysis device and ion exchange resin tank to prepare deionized water; 2. Conductivity test: use conductivity tester to test the water through electrodialysis and ion exchange resin tank respectively After the electrical conductivity, if all meet the index requirements, it can be cleaned with water; 3.
