PCBA refers to the PCB that has been assembled with components and is widely used in various fields such as aviation, numerical control, computers and automated instruments.

Due to manufacturing and logistics requirements, the PCBA board needs to be retained, but the product side does not need it, so the PCBA detachment label needs to be deleted after assembly of the components. The methods for removing PCBA detachment labels are generally divided into three categories. The following Sanjing will let you understand:

(1) V-cut separator. The price of V-cut is relatively cheap. The blade is used to cut along the PCBA V-groove, but it can only be cut straight, and the blade cost is relatively high.

(2) The milling separator has the best function, which overcomes the limitation that the V-cut can only be divided linearly. The high-speed operation of the milling cutter is used to separate the multi-connection PCBA according to the pre-programmed path, thereby improving the product quality and reducing the rejection rate. The disadvantage is that the operation is relatively cumbersome, requires programming, and the price is relatively expensive.

(3) Manual removal of the off-label label is divided by hand or needle-nose pliers, which is low cost and easy to use, but it is also easy to damage the components.

For small batches, multi-variety and low-cost manufacturing requirements, manual removal of the release label is the most practical. But for large quantities of PCBA orders, tools are needed to manually delete the PCBA detachment label.

The tool achieves the purpose of removing the detachment sheet through a simple mechanical structure, has low cost, and can meet the process requirements of adapting to different sizes and thicknesses. The tool adopts the technical solution: adjustable auxiliary device, used to manually remove the PCBA from the side of the sheet, including the installation base plate, the slider base, the movable slider, the adjustment button and the transmission structure.

Through the manual adjustment button, the movable slider is driven to move along the set track on the slider base. After an appropriate distance, the process edge to be removed from the PCBA board is placed in the card slot of the device, and finally held with both hands PCBA board. However, it should be noted that the hand cannot be clamped on the top of the PCBA. From the perspective of the principle of leverage, it is labor-saving, but the stress is also the largest, which can easily damage the PCBA.

Compared with the prior art, the use of tools to manually delete the PCBA detachment label has the following advantages: ①Simple operation and low production cost; ②The process edge quality is good, and the components on the PCBA board are in a state of stress; ③The application range is wide and can be adapted to different thicknesses.
